Operations Manager
Seth serves as our Operations Manager, where he oversees client onboarding, paperwork, CRM systems, scheduling, and financial operations. With nearly a decade of experience in business operations and client relations, Seth brings a steady hand and deep expertise to the complex world of organizational systems. His professional background spans organizational development coordination and fundraising, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges nonprofit leaders face in balancing mission and financial sustainability.
Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is a credentialed Wealth Management Specialist. His combination of analytical training and real-world nonprofit experience allows him to bridge strategy with execution—helping organizations strengthen both their internal operations and external fundraising outcomes.
Beyond his professional life, Seth is a dedicated supporter of the Fayette and Woodford community theatre scene, a passionate fan of University of Kentucky football and basketball, and a proud Philadelphia Eagles supporter. He and his wife, Katherine, live with their two dogs, Vesper and Norman, and he enjoys both detailed craftsmanship projects and exploring the worlds of science fiction.
